Meet Ian Lee
Ian has over 30 years’ experience in business management and franchising having worked for a large National Franchise network in the automotive industry where he gained the qualifications & experience to assist clients in marketing and selling their business or pursuing the dream of owning their own business.
Ian has worked in the wholesale, franchising, retail and service industry since 1983 and in 1988 pursued his dream of owning his own business. After several years he joined the Franchisor as the National Franchise Training Manager and State Franchise Manager responsible for marketing, sales growth of existing stores and new greenfield sites, training, development and recruitment of new business owners.
Ian was with the national franchise company for 23 years before pursuing a different career path and joining Performance Business Sales as a business broker.
His personal qualifications include:
- Front Line Management Cert IV (WCC).
- Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems (WCC).
- Effective People Skills (AIM).
- AFL National Coaching Accreditation level 2.
Ian is an active participant in the local community where he lives and is involved in local sporting activities and a well-known charity organisation raising funds to support young people dealing with cancer.
Ian understand the importance of being able to meet clients needs and expectations and will represent all clients with honesty, integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process of buying or selling a business and looks forward to the opportunity of gaining you as a client.
