Nic Theaker

Meet Nic Theaker

Originally from London, Nic Theaker began his career in the UK before pursuing international opportunities across the Middle East and Australasia. In 2008, he relocated to Abu Dhabi, followed by a move to New Zealand where he spent over a decade living and working in both Auckland and Christchurch. During this time, he became a New Zealand citizen.

In 2022, Nic transitioned to Australia, initially based in Canberra before relocating to Perth in 2023.

Nic brings a diverse professional background spanning health and wellness, allied health, medical services, and aged care. He has held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently in multi-site General Manager positions, with a strong focus on operational performance, team leadership, and service delivery.

Outside of work, Nic maintains an active lifestyle and has a strong interest in sport, particularly swimming, water polo, and cycling. He is also an avid follower of football, rugby, cricket, and Formula 1—though despite his New Zealand citizenship, he remains diplomatically neutral when it comes to the All Blacks.
